We are excited to announce the launch of the AI-ADU webinar series, a set of free online sessions designed to help adult educators, trainers and professionals make sense of artificial intelligence and actually put it to work in their daily practice.
The first webinar takes place on 24 September 2026 at 14:00 CET, online and free of charge.
What this first session is about
AI is everywhere in the headlines, and much of the conversation is either hype or fear. Our starting point is simpler: AI is not here to replace educators, it is here to take some of the weight off their shoulders. In one hour, with no jargon and no prior knowledge required, we will look at what AI genuinely changes in everyday teaching and work.
The session will include:
- True or false: a quick, interactive test of what you really know about AI
- AI-ADU Module 1: technical skills and data literacy, the foundations everyone needs
- AI tool of the day: one practical tool, put to work live
- Games and open discussion: your questions, real examples, and space to share experiences
Who should join
Adult educators, trainers, VET professionals, staff of adult education organisations, and anyone curious about how AI fits into their work. No technical background needed.

About the AI-ADU project
AI-ADU “Building Paths to the Future” is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education (project no. 2024-1-LT01-KA220-ADU-000255165) that helps adult education organisations and their staff navigate digital transformation with confidence.
Rather than treating AI as a specialist topic for IT experts, the project builds capacity where it is most needed: among educators, trainers and staff who work with adult learners every day, and who are often expected to adopt new technologies without structured support.
To do that, the partnership has developed:
- A blended learning programme built around practical modules, from technical skills and data literacy through to applying AI tools in real teaching and organisational contexts
- An open online platform at www.aipaths.eu, where all project resources are freely available
- A competency framework for digital transformation in adult education, mapping the skills staff and organisations need
