The AI-ADU webinar series continues with its fourth session, this time hosted by our Cypriot partner DOREA Educational Institute. The webinar takes place on 16 October 2026 at 14:00 CET, online via Zoom and free of charge.
What this session is about
As AI becomes part of everyday practice in adult education, the key question is no longer whether to use it, but how to use it well. Previous sessions explored how AI can support organisational processes and teaching. This webinar takes the next step, looking at the responsibilities that come with AI and at how organisations can introduce it in a thoughtful, sustainable way.
The session builds on two modules of the AI-ADU blended learning programme: Module 4: Ethical Considerations and Safety and Module 5: AI Integration Strategies, Leadership and Advocacy. It will include:
- Ethics in practice: data privacy, bias, transparency and fair assessment in AI-supported adult learning
- Keeping learners safe: practical steps educators and organisations can take today
- Integrating AI strategically: how to embed AI in training practice in a structured and meaningful way
- Leading change: guiding colleagues and organisations through the adoption of AI
- Advocating for responsible AI: promoting good practice within and beyond your organisation
- Open discussion: your questions, concerns and experiences
Participants will leave with clear principles, real examples and actionable ideas for making AI work for adult learners: safely, smartly and strategically.
Who should join
Adult educators, trainers, VET professionals, managers and decision-makers in adult education organisations, and anyone interested in the responsible use of AI in education.

About the AI-ADU project
AI-ADU “Building Paths to the Future” is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education (project no. 2024-1-LT01-KA220-ADU-000255165) that helps adult education organisations and their staff navigate digital transformation with confidence.
The partnership has developed:
- A competency framework for digital transformation in adult education
- A blended learning programme with practical modules, from technical skills and data literacy to applying AI in teaching and organisational processes
- An open online platform at www.aipaths.eu, where all project resources are freely available
The project brings together partners from Lithuania, Cyprus, Italy and Greece, with each webinar in the series hosted by a different partner.
