After a great start to the AI-ADU webinar series, we are happy to announce the second session, this time hosted by our Italian partner Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione. The webinar takes place on 7 October 2026 at 14:00 CET, online and free of charge.

What this session is about

The first webinar looked at what AI changes in everyday teaching. This time we move from the classroom to the organisation. Adult education providers spend a large share of their time on planning, administration, communication and reporting, and much of that work is based on data they already have but rarely use. This session shows how AI can turn that data into better decisions, smoother processes and more time for what really matters: the learners.

The session builds on Module 3 of the AI-ADU blended learning programme: AI for Organisational Processes, and will include:

  • From data to decisions: how organisations can use the information they already hold to plan, evaluate and improve
  • AI in everyday operations: practical examples for administration, scheduling, communication and reporting
  • Live demonstration: AI tools put to work on real organisational tasks
  • Open discussion: your questions, challenges and ideas for bringing AI into your own organisation

No technical background is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to rethink how things get done.

Who should join

Adult educators, trainers, VET professionals, managers and staff of adult education organisations, and anyone interested in how AI can support the way organisations work.

About the AI-ADU project

AI-ADU “Building Paths to the Future” is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education (project no. 2024-1-LT01-KA220-ADU-000255165) that helps adult education organisations and their staff navigate digital transformation with confidence.

The partnership has developed:

  • A competency framework for digital transformation in adult education
  • A blended learning programme with practical modules, from technical skills and data literacy to applying AI in teaching and organisational processes
  • An open online platform at www.aipaths.eu, where all project resources are freely available

The project brings together partners from Lithuania, Cyprus, Italy and Greece, with each webinar in the series hosted by a different partner.
