Final practical task: AI Integration Action Plan
In this final task, you will prepare a simple AI Integration Action Plan. The aim is not to design a full organisational AI strategy. Instead, you will choose one realistic AI use case that could be discussed, tested, or developed further in your organisation or team.
Your plan should show:
– what organisational need the AI use responds to;
– what task AI will support;
– who will be involved;
– what tool or type of tool may be used;
– what staff support is needed;
– what responsible-use checks are required;
– how the AI use will be communicated;
– how a small pilot could be tested and reviewed.
At the end, you will decide whether the idea is ready to proceed, needs safeguards, requires approval or should be paused.
